- Password: Stored as a secure hash when you register directly (we cannot see your actual password). If you sign in with Google OAuth, we do not store a password.
- Username: Your chosen display name on FluxerServers, or provided by Google if you sign in with Google OAuth
- Profile Photo: When you sign in with Google OAuth, we collect and display your Google account profile photo
- Profile Information: Any optional information you choose to add to your profile
- Content: Server and bot listings, descriptions, images, and any other content you submit to the platform
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
For security, service operation, and improvement, we automatically collect:
- IP Address: Collected and stored to prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access
- Usage Data: Through Google Analytics, we collect information about how you interact with our Service, including pages visited, time spent, and navigation patterns
- Device and Browser Information: Device type, operating system, browser type and version (collected via Google Analytics)
- Location Data: Approximate geographic location based on your IP address (collected via Google Analytics)

Your email address, password, and IP address are NEVER publicly visible.
3.2 Third-Party Service Providers
We share information with third-party services that help us operate FluxerServers:
- Google OAuth: Used for authentication when you choose to sign in with Google. Google receives your login request and provides us with your email, name, and profile photo. View Google's Privacy Policy

- Google Search Console: Receives website performance data to help us monitor search visibility and optimize content

- Hosting Provider: Stores our database and files (has access to all data as part of hosting infrastructure)
- Email Service: Sends transactional emails on our behalf (has access to email addresses only when sending)

- Public Content: Listings and content you created may remain visible but will be disassociated from your account
- IP Address Logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security purposes, then automatically deleted
- Analytics Data: Google Analytics retains data according to their retention policies (typically 26 months by default)
- Legal Holds: Information may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate legal purposes

- Password Security: Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms (we never store plain-text passwords)
- Secure Connections: All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we implement strong security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7.2 Delete Your Account
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. This will:
- Remove your email address and password (if applicable) from our systems
- Delete your profile photo (including photos obtained from Google OAuth)
- Disassociate your username from public content
- Delete your profile information
- Revoke access to any connected third-party accounts (such as Google OAuth)
7.3 Opt-Out of Analytics
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by:
- Installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
- Adjusting your browser's cookie settings
7.4 Opt-Out of Personalized Advertising
You can control personalized advertising through:
- Google Ad Settings
- DAA Opt-Out Tool
- NAI Opt-Out Tool
- Your browser's privacy settings
Note: Opting out of personalized ads does not mean you'll see fewer ads—you'll still see ads, but they may be less relevant to your interests.
7.5 Data Portability
You may request a copy of your personal information. Contact us and we will provide your data in a structured format within 30 days.
7.6 Object to Processing
You may object to how we process your data, though this may limit or prevent your use of the Service.
8. Children's Privacy
FluxerServers is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including by third-party services like Google. These countries may have different data protection laws. FluxerServers contains links to third-party Fluxer servers, bots, and websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
Important: When you click an invite link to join a server or add a bot, you are leaving FluxerServers and interacting with that third party directly. When you see advertisements on our site, you may be interacting with third-party ad networks that have their own privacy policies.
11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:
- Right to know what personal information we collect and how it's used
- Right to know if we sell or share your personal information (note: we don't directly sell data, but advertising networks may use it)
