• Respect different perspectives and opinions
• Use appropriate language and tone

✗ Don't:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Use hate speech or discriminatory language
• Engage in personal attacks or insults
• Deliberately provoke or troll others
• Impersonate other users or entities

2. Content Standards

All content on FluxerServers must be appropriate and comply with our standards.

Content must be appropriate for users aged 13 and above. If your server or bot is intended for mature audiences (18+), you must:

• Clearly mark it as such in your listing
• Include appropriate content warnings
• Implement age verification in your community
• NSFW servers/bots must be clearly marked as NSFW in their listing
• NSFW communities and bots are allowed; however, pornographic or sexually explicit images are NOT permitted in server/bot icons, banners, thumbnails, screenshots, or other promotional listing visuals

3. Server and Bot Listings

3.1 Listing Quality

All listings must meet minimum quality standards:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use clear, descriptive titles and descriptions
• Include appropriate tags and categories
• Use high-quality images and banners
• Keep information up-to-date

3.2 Authentic Listings

• Only list servers or bots you own or have permission to represent
• Provide working invite links
• Accurately represent your server's purpose and community
• Be honest about member counts and activity

3.3 Prohibited Listing Practices

• Creating duplicate or spam listings
• Misrepresenting your server or bot's features
• Using clickbait or misleading titles
• Inflating statistics or using fake metrics
• Listing servers or bots that violate Fluxer's Terms of Service
• Using inappropriate or offensive names

4. Bot Developer Guidelines

4.1 Bot Safety and Security

• Clearly disclose what permissions your bot requires and why
• Implement appropriate security measures
• Protect user data and respect privacy
• Provide clear documentation and commands
• Maintain and update your bot regularly

4.2 Bot Behavior

Your bot must:

• Function as described in your listing
• Respect rate limits and API guidelines
• Handle errors gracefully
• Not spam or disrupt servers
• Comply with Fluxer's bot policies

4.3 Prohibited Bot Activities

• Collecting user data without consent
• Unauthorized access to messages or user information
• Self-promotion or spam outside of designated channels
• Malicious code or backdoors
• Resource abuse or server disruption

5. Spam and Self-Promotion

5.1 Acceptable Promotion

• Promote your server or bot through proper listings
• Use bump features responsibly and within limits
• Share updates in appropriate channels
• Engage authentically with the community

5.2 Spam Behavior

• Mass messaging users without permission
• Repeatedly posting the same content
• Creating multiple accounts for promotion
• Manipulating engagement metrics
• Unsolicited advertising in other listings or profiles

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Respecting Rights

• Only use content you own or have permission to use
• Provide proper attribution when required
• Respect trademarks and brand identities
• Honor copyright and licensing terms

6.2 Reporting Infringement

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact us with:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing content
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 User Privacy

• Respect the privacy of other users
• Don't share personal information without consent
• Follow data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Be transparent about data collection and use

7.2 Prohibited Privacy Violations

• Doxxing (sharing private personal information)
• Unauthorized collection of user data
• Sharing screenshots or logs without permission
• Using bots to harvest user information

8. Platform Integrity

8.1 Fair Use

• Use the platform as intended
• Report bugs and security issues responsibly
• Provide honest feedback and reviews
• Support fellow community members

8.2 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities
• Using automated tools to manipulate rankings
• Creating fake accounts or engagement
• Circumventing bans or restrictions
• Interfering with platform operations

9. Reporting and Moderation

9.1 Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines:

• Use the report button on listings or profiles
• Provide specific details about the violation
• Include evidence when possible (screenshots, links)
• Do not engage with or retaliate against violators

9.2 Moderation Process

Our moderation team will:

• Review reports within a reasonable timeframe
• Investigate alleged violations thoroughly
• Take appropriate action based on severity
• Communicate decisions when appropriate
• Maintain confidentiality throughout the process

9.3 Enforcement Actions

Violations may result in:

• Warning: First-time or minor violations
• Content Removal: Deletion of violating listings or content
• Temporary Suspension: Limited access for a specified period
• Permanent Ban: Removal from the platform for severe or repeated violations
• Legal Action: In cases involving illegal activity

10. Appeals

If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may appeal by:

• Contacting us through official channels
• Providing relevant information and context
• Explaining why you believe the decision was incorrect

We will review appeals objectively, but our decisions are final.

11. Updates to Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines to reflect changes in our platform, community needs, or legal requirements. Significant changes will be announced through:

• Platform notifications
• Email to registered users
• Updates to the "Last Updated" date
